It’s rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamins A,D & E. I've used Extra Virgin Avocado Oil in this trio of skincare goodies:- a super creamy, ultra gentle facial soap with Jordanian White Clay (70g), an avocado lip butter with unrefined cocoa butter (15g) and my new 24 Hour Moisture Boost cream with Avocado Oil, Argan Oil and Watermelon Oil and essential oils of geranium, orange and neroli.
